In 2022 Nordkalk’s owner SigmaRoc, and Carrières du Boulonnais (CdB) acquired limestone reserve La Belonga located near Oviedo in Spain. Nordkalk owns 65% and CdB 35% of the joint venture. La Belonga is a supplier of high grade limestone for export while also serving local customers with other limestone products.
