Whistleblowing channel for reporting suspected violations
Nordkalk employees are encouraged to report any suspected case of misconduct or unethical behaviour to their supervisor, our Human Resources or Legal functions, or in confidentiality to the Chief Legal Officer. Also external stakeholders and our suppliers are encouraged to report any non-compliance to Chief Legal Officer.
Nordkalk provides employees in all our operating countries as well as external stakeholders the method to report also anonymously potential non-compliance cases through reporting channel (see link below). Reports can also be made by mail.
All potential non-compliance cases are investigated. Any consequent findings are recorded and reviewed by the Chief Legal Officer and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Proven cases of non-compliance may lead to disciplinary or legal action. The process is further described in Nordkalk’s Whistleblowing Policy, available for all employees in Nordkalk Intranet.
