Nordkalk’s operating model changed – New Sales, Marketing & Customer Service

Nordkalk adapted a new operating model on 1 November. The new model is based on strong geographical regions. Nordkalk Northern Europe comprises all Nordic countries, the Baltic States and Russia and is led by Mikael Furu. The region Nordkalk Central Europe covers Poland and Germany and is led by Piotr Maciak. Nordkalk New Business, led by Kari Vyhtinen, is in charge of growth cases, including R&D, sustainability work, kiln services (Raahe and Arcelor Mittal Eisenhüttenstadt) as well as operations in Turkey and Ukraine.

In the new model in Northern Europe, Sales, Marketing & Customer Service have been combined to meet different customer needs with best possible service. The new Sales, Marketing & Customer Service team is led by Anssi Koikkalainen.
