Since I work with people from different countries I find it really important to respect that we all have different ways of approaching tasks. I might think that my way is the best or right way. But if I open up and listen to others the benefit for me as well as for Nordkalk is often greater.

To me fairness means equal and fair treatment i.e. decisions should not be based on favouritism or friendships. As a superior and a colleague, I want to take everybody as the unique people and personalities they are and I try to learn something new from the others every day. From the company’s point of view, fairness as a value will be highlighted especially when facing difficult decisions.
