Changes in Nordkalk's Ownership Structure

Nordkalk has been informed that its shareholders have signed a share purchase agreement with Rettig, which will lead to the following changes in Nordkalk's ownership structure:

Nordkalk's management has sold 100%, Ahlström Capital two-thirds and the institutional investors one-third of their shares in Nordkalk. With the transaction Rettig's share in Nordkalk will increase from 21% to 49%.
